My computer wont work - can you help?
Relax - If you live (or work) in Glasgow then you are already half way towards getting it fixed.

Where in Glasgow are you?
Thornliebank is on the South Side of Glasgow near Shawlands and Giffnock. We will assist callouts on the Southside, City Centre, & parts of the West End without any problems. We CAN travel further - call us if you are interested.

How much do you charge?
Not a lot - £10 is the standard callout fee, and £10 for fault diagnosis, which is free if we carry out the repair. Click on the prices button to see our basic list.

The price page doesn't include hardware - how much do you charge for hardware?
We only charge for work carried out on your computer, not for hardware.  If you need new hardware then you can either buy it yourself, or we can pick it up for you ( £6 travelling + cost of hardware ). We get our hardware from Creative Computing in Shawlands, Glasgow. We charge the same price as they do, and make no profit from this.

 Yes! Make your machine sing and dance! Get your PC upgraded and bring it back to life ! If you think your PC is nearing the end of it's days, call us for some expert advice ! Firewall & Antivirus Protection
Many people need a firewall and they don't even realise it! Conversely, many other people have firewalls installed and they don't even know what it does! Both scenarios can cause problems when using your computer.  A firewall protects your computer from all the other computers on the internet, by closing all the open 'ports' for connecting to, and only allowing access to computer addresses you have told the firewall about.
This protects your computer from the possibility of hackers and also stops irritating pop-up adverts from distracting you every two minutes. If you have a Broadband internet connection, then your computers address (I.P. address) is always connected (which means that a hacker can come back to your computer again and again)  so a firewall is especially recommended.
